”Brilliant theme and narration. I always love the emphasis of reading to find out things in the Mma stories. I loved it in Mma Made.” – Farida Ladipo-Ajayi, The Bookwormcafe.
“This book is full of ideas, information, and education. The animation is so beautiful and colourful. I like the compost idea very much for my little farm. I’ll like to practice it. It is a good follow-up and improvement from Mma made.” – Chiamanda Ohanwe, 8 years old.
“This book is interesting and really fun. It improves children’s vocabulary and helps them learn new words. It educates them about teamwork. Also, it encourages children to be creative. Finally, the illustrations are bright and colourful and makes it easier to understand the story. It is a book you must read.” Feranmi Oyekanmi, 9 years old.
About the Author
Chinyere thinks a lot about children’s books and is super thankful that she gets to write and publish them. She published the well-received (a) Adventures of Mister Sweet Potato, (b) All for Jan, The Dog, (c) Mma Made, and (d) I Can Smell Christmas in quick succession during the covid-19 pandemic and secretly described herself as a self-publishing monster!
Chinyere is also a lawyer with over 15 years standing at the Nigeria Bar and has solid experience in civil litigation, and corporate-commercial law. She is currently focusing on learning more of children’s law including child protection systems. Chinyere supports community causes for children through her work and always finds time to ooh and aah at children’s book covers. She also delights in buying children’s books for her little ones (and herself 😉).
