Emeka and the Kidnappers

Mr Ike was kidnapped on the evening Emeka arrived from Abuja to start his holiday in Enugu. The kidnappers demanded an incredible ransom. The police were helpless. Matters got worse when Mr Ike was not released after a ransom was paid. As you go through Emeka’s escapades in his quest to unravel the mystery behind the kidnapping of his aunt’s husband, you will find out that victims of kidnapping sometimes contribute to this social evil without knowing it.

Emeka and the Kidnappers is a sequel to The Secret Place, a young adult novel, which was one of the twenty children’s books that made the long list by the 2015 Nigerian LNG Prize for Literature.
