Dr. Lola Odeyale Ayo-Fashida, though graduated as a Microbiologist, is a Nigerian-based award-winning Finance and Management Consultant, author, inspirational leader, and transformational coach whose passion is for life improvement and financial advancement.
She holds a PhD in personnel psychology and she is concerned with children’s enlightenment, youth development, and women empowerment.
She is the lead consultant of Lolyan Consults, a board member of Four Enterprise, and President of Outpour of Fragrances Initiative, a not-for-profit organization.
She has impacted over 8000 children, youths, and women since the inception of her profession. She is a mentor and coach on several prestigious platforms locally and internationally. She has won several awards and presented topics of national development on radio and TV.
Dr. Lola, aka the “Icon of fragrance”, is a deep lover of music, releasing two albums, “A F’Ope” and “Lori Oke Mimo”.
She is happily married and blessed with lovely children.
