Africanado Adventures

Namse Udosen is an accomplished educator and creative writer, known for his innovative approaches to engaging young learners. His expertise lies in employing storytelling and critical pedagogy to foster inclusive education. Namse has authored several works, including “Amang Goes to the Village” and “Fundamental Etiquette for Young Nigerians,” which reflect his commitment to cultural and educational development.

In addition to his writing, Namse has initiated various educational programs such as Bookathon, puppet shows, Read-A-Create, and storytelling sessions, all designed to support inclusive education. His dedication to enhancing learning experiences extends beyond Nigeria, as he has led writing workshops both locally and in the United Kingdom.

Namse is the founder of the Tanar Educational Development Foundation, an organization focused on improving educational outcomes in marginalized communities through critical pedagogy. His work emphasizes the importance of empowering students to critique their world and develop a critical consciousness, in line with the principles of critical pedagogy. Namse is a memeber of the Association of Children’s Authors and Illustrators of Nigeria.
He is a 2023/24 Chevening scholar at the University of Sussex.
He has a new Book “Africanado Adventures” scheduled for release in February 2025.

Halieo Motanye is children literature writer in both Sesotho and English languages. she is an editor with Writers Space Africa Magazine and a former cordinator of the Writers Space Africa-Lesotho chaper. She is the author of Hessy and the Lost Tooth published in Lesotho.
