About the Author

Dr. Okwu Joseph Nnanna is a graduate of William Paterson University, Wayne New Jersey, and the University of Houston, Texas. He holds a B.A., LLB, M.A., and Ph.D. Stended postgraduate programs at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania. Worked at the International Monetary Fund, as a staff economist and Alternate Executive Director. And was the Director General of the West African Monetary Institute.
