Mary Mosope Adeyemi is a passionate, people-oriented, and purpose-driven woman who successfully walks the tightrope of business and social pursuits. She is an award-winning investment professional with a long tenure working with global investment banks. Currently, she is an executive director at Goldman Sachs.
Alongside her functional role, Mary has spent thousands of hours developing, executing, and managing talent recruitment and training programs, focusing on early career professionals. This passion for personal development and equitable career growth led her to found her social-first organization, viSHEbility, and write her debut book: Visible Strengths.
Mary has coached or spoken at over 100 conferences and webinars to a combined audience of over 5,000 people. Her work has impacted professionals at top-tier firms, including McKinsey, Bank of America, Lazard Bank, Goldman Sachs, Accenture, IFC, Google, and Barclays. Mary earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University and a Master’s in Management from Imperial College Business School.
