Abiose Falade is a graduate of Mass Communication and Media Technology from Lead City University, Ibadan. She is very passionate about persons with disabilities seeing themselves as persons first before the disability.
She was also a nominee for “Her Abilities Award”, 2020 and the Executive Director of “Angel Wings Global Freedom Foundation”. Abiose took to writing when she saw that the only way to change the misconception about disability was to write a positive story about young adults with disabilities doing amazing things. She believes that having a disability is not the end of a child’s life but the beginning.

Oluwatomisin Olatayo is a visually impaired broadcast journalist, copywriter, language tutor, public speaker, and gender/disability rights advocate.
She was born in Lagos Nigeria, and was brought up by her mother after her father’s demise when she was a year and eight months old. In 2009, Oluwatomisin lost her sight after a series of unsuccessful eye surgeries. However, her loss of sight didn’t translate to a loss of vision for her.
A graduate of Mass Communication from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta, with over five years of experience in communication, advocacy, and campaign.
Currently, she is a co-presenter of a feminine show, Ladies Rendezvous, on Ogun State Television [OGTV], focusing on proffering solutions to issues affecting women in contemporary Nigeria.
Oluwatomisin is also a co-host of females with disabilities show, “Beautiful Outstanding Ladies with Disabilities” [BOLD] TV, airing on both Facebook and YouTube pages, where issues affecting women with disabilities are discussed by women with disabilities towards an inclusive society. In addition, she is a lover of the Yoruba language, its people, and culture. This was instrumental in co-writing this book as well as tutoring children in the diaspora under the employment of children’s language school.
Oluwatomisin is passionate about the plight of women and girls with disabilities in Nigeria and is motivated to seek freedom, growth, and development for women with disabilities through her professional and personal engagements. She is married to her “OBIM” as she fondly calls Noah Olatayo, and blessed with a princess Naomi Imisioluwa. When she isn’t on air, teaching, engaging in activism, or performing wifely and mothering duties, she loves to read, listen to music, watch a movie or network.
