Rasheedat Balogun, also known as Arrbee, is a Nigerian writer, filmmaker, and creative director with a diverse educational background; including a B.Sc. degree and an M.Sc. degree in Mass communication. She also has an Associate degree in Psychology.
Her passion lies in crafting narratives that delve into themes of mental health, societal complexities, and cultural nuances.
Drawing from her personal journey as a mental health education advocate and someone who navigates mental health challenges firsthand, she channels her experiences into her debut poetry collection, Storms & Calms.
