Renowned for her visionary leadership, she has transformed human resources functions in esteemed organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Alcatel-Lucent, Airtel Networks, and Leadway Group.
Her exceptional contributions to leadership and career development have garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious Peak Performing Woman of the Year awards in 2023 and 2024. A member of influential organizations such as the HR Forbes Council, the European Mentorship & Coaching Council, and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) USA, Omokunbi is also a sought-after speaker who inspires audiences with her insights on leadership and personal growth.
As the founder of the Kunbi Adeoti Mentorship Academy (KAMA), she is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders by helping them unlock and amplify their potential. Beyond her professional endeavors, Omokunbi is a compassionate philanthropist who actively supports widows and the elderly through non-governmental organizations. She is also a dedicated volunteer at Elevation Church, where she leads initiatives that promote spiritual growth and community development.
Currently, Omokunbi serves as the Chief People Experience Officer at Leadway Group, overseeing people and customer experiences across multiple entities. She also holds several independent executive directors and board member roles, including at Kaleyewa House, Pistis Life and Leadership Institute, and Leadway Health.
Omokunbi is happily married to Kayode Adeoti, and together they are blessed with three wonderful daughters.
