About the Author
Salamatu Sule is a Book Reviewer, Poet and Social commentator. She has reviewed several books by prolific authors of fiction and nonfiction. Salamatu is the former Secretary, Association of Nigerian Authors and has held Diplomatic Book Discourse with the German Embassy, French Embassy and Hungarian Embassy.
She has moderated several educational programmes with the Secondary Education Board on Read Campaign under the Association of Nigerian Authors. She recently moderated a National Dialogue on Education focusing on Investment in Nigeria Education. Sule is a consultant for the Orpheus Literary Foundation and The Adams Pages Books. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Skills Outside School Foundation (SOS) and on the Board of Patrons of the Association of Nigerian Student Authors (ANSA) and a member of a fast online Book wormies like: The Read and Reap (RaRe), Book warm, and Eyes-write.
She is a fellow, Ebedi International Writers Residency and Soyinka Foundation Study in Lebanon SAIL. Sule is the founder of Fahimta Literary Discourse (FLD) and has two published works: Oma, The Drummer Queen (Children’s Literature,2017) and Orchestra of Her Last Rites (Poetry, 2018)
