Zainab Ikaz Kassim is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for women’s empowerment. With a career spanning politics, business, and philanthropy, she has dedicated herself to creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and impact.
As the founder of Tahzan Ventures, she leads multiple business ventures, including Tahzan Events, Tahzan Interiors, and Tahzan Smart Home Solutions. She is also the convener of Safe Haven, an initiative focused on providing support and empowerment for women. Her work in politics includes serving as a Special Assistant to the immediate past President of Nigeria and running for the House of Representatives. She is also the Co-Convener of the Coalition of Professional Women in Politics (COPWIP), working to increase women’s participation in leadership and governance.
Beyond her professional achievements, Zainab is deeply committed to philanthropy. Through the Child Aid and Sponsorship Awareness Foundation, she advocates for children’s education and well-being.
Her personal journey—marked by resilience, faith, and gratitude—has inspired her to write “Gratitude: 365 Days of Reflection, Lessons & Growth”, a book that offers daily reflections on gratitude, faith, and personal growth.
She is a mother, a mentor, and an inspiration to many, using her experiences to uplift and encourage others to embrace gratitude and purpose in their daily lives.
