Moses, sensing the magnitude of the challenges ahead, knew this and invited Hobab to come with him on the exodus from Egypt. Hobab knew the way and was accustomed to the wilderness. Mentorship is about having a helper in our journey in life, love and leadership. To the mentor, it is an attempt to pass down the experience, wisdom and legacy to the next generation. It is indeed a noble endeavour, yet things often go dreadfully wrong.
This book hopes to prevent some of these shipwrecks. It is an attempt to bare our hearts, from our unique perspectives, about the pitfalls of mentorship.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
Francis Bob Alonge also known as “the voice of one”, is reaching nations with a message of hope, empowerment and transformation. He conveys scriptural insight with practical leadership and relational principles to help shape and transform lives. Along with his wife, Adeteju, they passionately pursue ways to deliver wisdom, motivation and empowerment.
He is the Bishop of the Covenant Assembly Mission which is a covering body for various ministries and missions. He is the overseer of the Capital Assembly, a multicultural church based in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria.
Samuel Ekundayo also known as “The Purpose Preacher” is a Transformational Speaker, Preacher, Life Coach and Lecturer based in Auckland, New Zealand. His mandate is to help people discover their purpose so that they can maximize their potential toward a fulfilled, impactful and influential life.
He is the President and Co-founder, with his wife – Dr Blessing Ekundayo – of the School of Purpose and Influence (SPIN), an institution with a vision to raise men and women for trans-generational influence and impact worldwide.
