About the Author
Dokun Fagbohun, Ambassador, retired Career Diplomat, Geopolitical Risk Consultant, former Deputy Head of Mission of Nigeria, Spain, had over three decade experience in the Nigerian Foreign Service (MFA) He served at The Hague, The Netherlands, Harare, Zimbabwe, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and Madrid, Spain. He is a Non-Resident Diplomatic Fellow, BOCIDASS, Lagos, Nigeria, Member, Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Pastor, mentor, conference speaker, career counselor and LinkedIn Contributor.
He is currently the Lead Consultant, Dokslyn Consulting Group, Abuja, Nigeria. One of his areas of strength and competence is in strategic communication and negotiations. In the course of his Diplomatic career, he was involved in complex negotiations at national, subregional, continental and at the level of the United Nations.
As a Geopolitical Risk Consultant, he consults, among others, young Nigerian celebrities and manages the image, vulnerabilities and risks around ‘politically exposed persons’ that could prevent them from performing optimally. He is a writer and publisher. He has co-edited chapters in books and articles on varying subjects in scholarly Journals.
