Proverbs 23, in verse 18 (NIV) says, ‘There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off ’.

This Book is about my mother, and how as a child and through to becoming an adult, I have been able to see the world through a totally different lens through her life – her outlook, her attitude, and her resolve to live life to the fullest, despite setbacks that occurred early on in her life.

Oladapo Okuyemi, popularly known as Dapo, is the first child of Emiola Fakolade. She has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, a Certificate in Adult Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Personality Dimensions® Trainer, a Fascinate© Certified Advisor and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer, Teacher and Youth Facilitator. She is a Christian and strives to showcase God’s glory in her endeavours. She is married to her sweetheart, Olumide, and together they have three lovely children.
