About the Author
Bilikiss Adebiyi Abiola is an accomplished leader and innovator with a distinguished career in public service, sustainability, and technology. Bilikiss is the founder of Wecyclers Nigeria Limited, a pioneering social enterprise that promotes environmental sustainability and community health through innovative recycling solutions.
Bilikiss holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an MSc. in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, and a BSc. in Computer Science from Fisk University. A recipient of numerous awards, including the Cartier Women’s Initiative Award (2013) and the CUNY Public Health Champion Award (2021), she is also a Carroll Wilson Fellow and an Echoing Green Fellow.
