About the Author

Mosinmiloluwa ‘Sinmi Adeyemo was born in Ibadan, Nigeria in 2004. He began writing poetry in 2020 during the Covid-19 lockdown. He lives in Waynesboro, Virginia, and attends Columbia University in the city of New York. This collection of poems is his first to be published. Some of the poems in this collection are centered around Adeyemo’s personal experiences and emotions, while others represent more general themes of love, heartbreak, and the human experience.
