Brief Profile of the Author

Olamipo is a career coach and human capital development advocate who believes the greatest and most potential-laden resource in the world is human resources. Human resource holds a lot of potentials which can only be maximised and put to effective use with appropriate and targeted education.

I am passionate about people being able to function in the areas of their core competencies. I call it “round pegs fitting into their round holes”. If everyone is able to identify their core competencies and grow their careers from a place of strength, we would have more productive and happier people, which ultimately translates to productive and happier organisations and societies.

Olamipo is a proponent of education for development and she longs for the day the African continent through its leaders and institutions will build strong educational institutions in order to eradicate under-development and poverty which has ravaged the continent for ages.
