She is the founder of The Well Woman Warrior, an organisation promoting the spiritual, mental and social well-being of young women. Through the Well Woman Warrior, she hopes to inspire and encourage young women to understand their identity in God and break out of societal stereotypes to live rich and fulfilling lives.
She’s a graduate of law from Madonna University, Anambra State, called to the Nigerian Bar, and has an LLM from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She also has credentials in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from The Lagos Business School.
Chinonso has worked for several years in both the private and the development sectors. She has acted as legal counsel in the media and pharmaceutical industries and has led teams implementing several initiatives positively contributing to the social and economic empowerment of women, men, and children. She is committed to working with individuals and organisations with a vision to advance social impact in Africa, with a special focus on leadership development, gender equity, and poverty alleviation. She is the founder of Lead For Good Africa, a leadership development and impact consulting social enterprise with a vision to eradicate poverty and elevate the quality of life on the African continent. She also serves as the Managing Director of One Flag Media, a media production and communications company co-founded with her husband.
She is joyfully married to Mr Elaye Clark, and together they are on a mission to advance the Kingdom of God on earth.
