About the Author

Msuega Tese is an African entrepreneur based in Luanda, Angola. Tese draws from three primary sources to provide a fresh perspective on leadership: lessons he learned growing up in a rural Nigerian village, his experience as an engineer and entrepreneur, and his Christian faith. He is the co-founder and executive director of Integrated Solutions Angola. Tese graduated with an honors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. He also took part in the Management Program (OPM) of the Harvard Business School. He is married to Mhide. Together they have five children.
