About the Author
Stephanie Chizoba Odili is a UK-born Nigerian writer. She obtained her first degree in Mass Communication, majoring in broadcast journalism at Covenant University, Nigeria; a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) from the University of Essex Online, and an MA in Contemporary Creative Writing from Northeastern University, London.
She is the author of multiple books & stories, including ‘Deafening Silence’, which came in 2nd place at the 2019 Association of Nigerian Authors Prize for Fiction. Stephanie’s debut children’s story, “Tea Time With Tito”, also won second place at the 2021 Wakini Kuria Award for Children’s Literature. Her short story “Ijeoma” was featured on Adda’s 2023 Remember to Rest collection.
