He is also the Convener of The Peak Performing Woman of The Year an initiative dedicated to empowering and celebrating women in support of SDG #5. He founded the Dr Abiola Salami Leadership BootCamp as an intervention to enhance the leadership performance of senior leaders in the private, public and social sectors. Abiola leads the team at CHAMP, a forward-looking consortium that deploys comprehensive interventions to enhance personal growth, workforce development and nation-building through Executive Coaching, HR (Learning & Development), Advisory Services, Media & PR and Production.

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, Abiola championed a campaign that reached over 1 million people in Handling Panic. He also released a free eBook on How to Enjoy Sound Emotional & Mental Health during the pandemic.
Abiola was announced in United Nations-supported top 100 Most Influential People of African Descent class of 2020 upon the opening of the United Nations 75th General Assembly. Other awards include Africa’s Most Influential Coaching Leaders by the duo of African Leadership Awards and World HRD Congress and Global Coaching Champions 2021 by World Coaching Congress. Through The CHAMPIONS TRIBE, a podcast & his YouTube Channel, he shares insights with industry leaders, game changers and culture shapers to achieve peak performance in their space. He prefers to impact and influence by adopting a practical approach replete with vivid stories and experiences When he is not delivering talks and coaching Champions, he spends time reading and playing the piano, and acting on the screen.
