About the Author
Paul Oluikpe has over 25 years of experience in Policy, Strategy, Financial Inclusion, and Development. He currently works at the Central Bank of Nigeria, where he has served in various policy roles since he joined the bank in 2009. Paul has consulted for the World Bank, the British Council, Water Aid, the Pensions Transitional Arrangement Department of Nigeria, the Office of the Head of Service of Nigeria, the Nigerian Commodity Exchange and other organisations. He has also worked as an academic with Loughborough University, UK, and as a Programme Officer with Lift Above Poverty Organisation, a women-focussed development organisation providing micro-credit for vulnerable segments of Africa’s population. He holds a distinction in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford, a PhD in Engineering, and an MSc from the School of Business and Economics of Loughborough University, UK. He is a frequent speaker, panellist, and contributor to policy and development issues.
