Simisola Agunbiade is a Vision Execution Coach, Project Administrator, Public Speaker, and Author. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The GEMSTONE Group & Chief of Staff to its Founder – Fela Durotoye; (Executive Coach, Leadership Expert & Business Consultant). At the core of her heart, Simi describes herself as a “MIDWIFE” and she has displayed extraordinary prowess in birthing and executing the dreams and visions of her current principal through the GEMSTONE Group as well as worked with numerous Impact & Business Leaders to accomplish their desired goals.

With over 15 years of experience in active corporate service, Simisola’s skill set is derived from professional experiences; a plethora of abilities that she hones from every position she occupies; from the Banking industry to Non-Profit, Nation Building, Consulting & Leadership Development industry, her core strength is Strategy, Project/Program Management & Execution. Simi is a goal-driven enthusiast with extensive project and business management, leadership and coaching experience.
In her quest to acquire deeper knowledge, she recently concluded a Senior Management Program at the renowned Lagos Business School.

Simisola Agunbiade graduated from Bowen University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. She has also completed the Fela Durotoye Executive Coaches Certification Program where she became a certified Executive Coach. Simi has been privileged to speak on various platforms across the global stage mostly centred on Service and Project Execution. She is presently on a mission to Attract, Recruit, Develop & Deploy Highly Effective Assistants to serve High Performing Executives to enable them to achieve their goals; she actualizes this through the SimiConsults Company. As a result of her consistent impact & commitment through the years, Simi has been recognized on several notable platforms, including the Richer Woman, one of the 100 most impactful women in 2022.
