Haoma is an award-winning thought leader who has helped thousands of business owners, and corporate professionals gain visibility and secure the right opportunities on the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn. Recognized as a LinkedIn top voice under the marketing category, Haoma is also a distinguished member of the LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insiders network. Through her impactful training and coaching programs, people have achieved life-changing milestones, from securing dream jobs and sponsorships to seizing valuable opportunities.

While at Covenant University, she received the United Nations Summer Academy scholarship from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia Germany. Upon graduation, Haoma received the Wings Award for social action and development along with an outstanding brand award for Envisage Hub, a social enterprise that she has used to keep thousands of young talents informed and prepared for regional and global career development opportunities.

She is the convener of The Light Conference, a summit of Kingdom Entrepreneurs, Corporate professionals, and Industry Leaders where they are connected with strategies they need to emerge as one of the top 1% in their sectors and establish God’s glory on earth.

Haoma’s commitment to talent development earned her the esteemed 25 under 25 award in the social entrepreneurship category by SME100 Africa. She garnered recognition as one of The Future Forward Female 25 under 25 awardees, celebrating exceptional African women who are breaking barriers, leading boldly, and driving positive change. Haoma was also nominated for the Commonwealth Youth Awards for Excellence in Development Work in 2020.

Among her accolades, Haoma was featured as one of the top 30 Motherland Moguls by She Leads Africa, highlighting her as an under-30 African woman making a substantial impact, disrupting industries, and trailblazing across the continent.

In 2022, she was listed as one of the top 60 African women in development by donors for Africa, and one of the 30 most influential young people by The African Youth Development Group. Haoma is an alumnus of the United Nations Summer Academy. She was chosen as one of the 19 women business leaders worldwide to participate in the prestigious Goldman Sachs annual Growth Fellowship in 2021.

Haoma’s influence extends beyond awards. She has been named one of the top 100 creators on the African continent by Selar, thanks to her digital products, including ebooks, training programs, and coaching sessions, which have had a significant impact on the visibility and professional branding of career and business professionals. Her two books have collectively reached a global audience of over 1,500 readers (as of August 2022).
