The award-winning Ghanaian actor has starred in over hundred movies and has numerous endorsement deals with respected brands. Yvonne Nelson is currently Ghana’s most consistent movie producer and has over thirteen highly acclaimed movies from the stable of her YN Productions.
She focuses on casting new faces and providing a platform for young creatives, which is in line with her staunch belief that the sustainability of the movie industry depends largely on giving the young ones a chance. She has been involved in a number of charities, but her main focus is the Yvonne Nelson Glaucoma Foundation, which creates awareness about the silent taker of sights.. She is the founder and director of one of the most enterprising early childhood development schools in Ghana, Just Like Mama Day Care.

She holds a BSc in Human Resource Management from Central University College and an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
