About the Author

Nafisat Amadu Abdulmalik is a seasoned humanitarian development professional with over 12 years of experience driving impactful initiatives in peace building, gender empowerment, public health, and socio-economic systems strengthening. She is also the CEO Naffiexquisite Services and the founder of a pioneer empowerment initiative for young people. As the founder of Empowerment Initiatives for Women & Youth, she has successfully initiated private sector partnerships, led policy and advocacy strategic development, and institutionalized collaborative groups to advance peace-building initiatives. A passionate advocate for people-centered solutions and growth, Nafisat co-founded the NEEI mentorship platform supporting young people’s development. She has also authored two nationally and internationally acclaimed books. Currently pursuing an MBA and Certification in Communications from Stanford Graduate School, Nafisat embodies a growth mindset and a commitment to empowering others.
