About the Author

Olayinka Akintomide (PhD, Vet Med, Univ. of Ibadan, Nigeria) is a veterinary consultant and specialist in livestock (fish, snail & poultry) production & health management. He has been involved in field consultancy, public & e-learning courses; was a sales agent for an Israeli-based fish feed company (Multifeed) between 2008 to 2013, and worked shortly as the Principal Vet Officer at the Nigeria Institute of Oceanography & Marine Research (NIOMR), Lagos, Nigeria (2011 to 2012), and has authored more than 12 books on aquaculture (fish farming) and achatiniculture (giant land snail farming). He is married with children.
