She is the founder of The Soul Clinic, a private practice dedicated to emotional independence, and The Virtual Soul Clinic, a global nonprofit that has positively impacted the lives of over 1,200 young immigrant leaders of color since 2021, and has equipped more than 80 volunteer support coaches worldwide.
Through soulful conversations, group coaching programs, and restorative retreats, TFA curates transformative experiences that build resilience and unlock deep emotional healing.
As a wife, mother, and advocate for holistic well-being, she lives by a simple truth: healing is not selfish, it’s sacred.
She teaches others to put on their own oxygen masks first so that they can rise into their fullest potential with courage, clarity, and joy.
