Uneven Steps: The story of the Nigerian Guild of Editors

An historical account of the place and role of a major institutional player in the politics of the media and nation-building. It is as much the institutional story of the pursuit of press freedom, press responsibility and accountability with good references on the policies and laws governing the media as it is about the role of individual players in advancing or restricting the objectives of the Guild of Editors as the elite professional body of journalists.
