Fabian Agumagu was born at Elele-Alimini in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State. As the last child in a family of nine, he earned his first degree from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, now Rivers State University. He is a professional Accountant with over twenty years of experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accountancy from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is married with two children. He lives in Nigeria.
