About the Author

Raymond ljeomah is the Founder and CEO of Fortreal Rei Ltd, the Lead Facilitator of the Fortreal Real Estate Academy and Host of Abuja Real Estate Conference. He is married to Mirabel Raymond and blessed with a son.

In 2017, Raymond officially became a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Following his call, he worked closely with the Director of Public Prosecutions in Ebonyi State and later proceeded to practice as a litigation lawyer in Benin, where he gained knowledge and experience of courtroom practice as well as handling core property transactions as a solicitor. With a passion and love for real estate, Raymond decided to take a niche in property law, guaranteeing safe, profitable and sustainable real estate investments.

Raymond further founded Fortreal Real Estate Academy, which has become the academy for Nigerians across Nigeria with student registrations from the UK, US, Kenya and Ghana with over 5,000 realtors and professionals trained in two years of formation.
The academy has created experience-based video courses, including the Figure Marketing and Sales Course, Real Estate Law Course, Basic Real Estate Course, Government Regulations & Compliance Course, and Real Estate Tax Course, amongst others.
