In this book, I have considered the dynamics of the Nigerian diaspora. I looked at critical issues concerning the Nigerian diaspora, tasks the Nigerian diaspora should deal with, and opportunities the Nigerian government should tap into. I searched in detail, why Nigerians are some of the most successful people outside their land of birth, but often do not attain such success within the boundaries of their own country. In this book, we will consider the veracity of the truism of the Nigerian spirit, the Nigerian fortitude and the resilient spirit of Nigerians, now called “The Naija spirit”.
