Loveth Ighoruemuse is an award-winning radio presenter, event host, content creator and author of Lopsided Love. Loveth’s historical romance showcases the hidden struggles of an evolving girl-child, emphasising the dazzling emotional interplay amid competing psycho-social realities, especially in plots such as was peculiar to the text’s leading character.
This Niger-Deltarian girl holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Olabisi Onabanjo University (Ogun State, Nigeria) and studying for her MA in Cultural and Media Studies at Nigeria’s premier institution of higher learning, the University of Ibadan. Her exploits on the airwaves have been greeted with accolades and honourable mentions by reputable bodies. Yet, her love for narratives has led to the publication of this current title, with many others in the pipeline.
Loveth’s passion for the girl-child has also translated into other engagements aside from writing, which include the “pad a girl” campaign, to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene among girls in selected African communities.
