Pastor Godman Akinlabi is a  leader whose stance on greatness means service, Godman Akinlabi is a leadership coach, an author, mentor and conference speaker who has served in ministry for over 25 years, first as the founding pastor of Rhema campus fellowship, FUTA, in Ondo State Nigeria, then as the associate and later Resident Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre and currently as the Lead pastor of The Elevation Church and a young adult church called the Lifepointe Church. In 2010, The Elevation Church was birthed with a God-given mandate to make greatness common and currently has 6 expressions both locally and internationally spread across Ikorodu, Ikeja, Lekki and Greater Lekki, the UK and Canada. In addition to his leadership responsibilities at the Elevation Church, PG as he is fondly called also leads in various other capacities which include The Better Half Media- a relationship ministry that produces diverse content from books to talk shows, social media events and podcasts for the purpose of raising godly relationships and marriages all over the world.

“Man Up”, a mentorship ministry for young men, he also chairs of The Olive Network, a mentorship program for young pastors in diaspora. PG is the visionary behind the Exponential Conference, he is passionate about promoting unity across church denominations by aggregating competencies to share knowledge and experiences that will empower the body of Christ and advance the kingdom of God.
