Heartbeat

Collins Aranaka is a successful multi-millionaire plagued by the demons of his past. Having lost faith in love and the divine, his only real companion through all of this is his angel buddy, Amirael; who no one else sees but himself.

He believes he is meant to remain alone until the end of time but then he meets someone that makes him hope in love again. He finds happiness and more with her but divinity seems to have more in store for him and his angel, something that neither of them wants to be a part of.
