GENZiFy Africa is the pioneering subset of BOBFAITHFUL YOUTH FOUNDATION, licensed by the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission on June 24, 2022, to operate as a non-profit, non-governmental organization. Guided by our core values of Accountability, Transparency, and Excellence (ATE!) Our mission is to serve as a lighthouse for African Zoomers as they come of age, build innovative solutions, and lead real change across industries and ultimately, every area of African society.

Since inception, and with the support of dedicated partners, we have executed projects focused on youth empowerment, development, and productivity. Our flagship initiative, the Sip & Flip Gen Z-only book club, now boasts over 700 active members across Africa, hosting monthly book parties and regular giveaways. VET Academy — our Volunteer Externship and Training academy — has completed two successful cohorts, training over 120 young participants (Veters) and securing paid internship placements with local employers in Law, Engineering, and Tech.

Now recognized as the foremost writing competition for emerging voices in West Africa, the Founder’s Prize for Student Writers has, since its debut, received 233 submissions from Ghana, Egypt, Benin Republic, and Nigeria and continues to shine the spotlight on rising literature talents.

In 2024, we also launched The White-Box Project, aimed at donating 1,200 period care boxes annually to 400 young girls in underserved communities across Nigeria. So far, we have visited IDP camps in Abuja, as well as secondary schools in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and the FCT, distributing 600+ period care boxes. Other standout projects include GENZiFy GoPro, which brings together over 500 sportsmen, celebrities, and spectators annually to celebrate athleticism and spotlight young talent, with its inaugural event held in Edo State in June 2024. Meanwhile, the debut issue of GENZiFy Magazine garnered over 100,000 online engagements within its first week of release in June 2025.

In recognition of our unwavering commitment to youth development, GENZiFy Africa was recently named Africa’s Most Transformative Youth Development Non-Profit Organization of 2025 by Acquisition International, a global media conglomerate based in the United Kingdom. In 2023, we were also honored with the Humanitarian Brand of the Year Award by Mister Tourism Nigeria.
