This discovery ignited a mission to bridge operational and leadership gaps, empowering healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and clinic owners to build sustainable, patient-centred systems that work.

Cynthia currently serves as the CEO of Bayelsa Specialist Hospital, where innovation, impact, and inclusion drive a new kind of healthcare delivery in the Niger Delta. Her first-hand experience in hospital operations and leadership also positioned her to play a pivotal role in the establishment and successful launch of The Endovascular Clinic, Lagos, a pioneer facility offering advanced vascular care in Nigeria.

Beyond leading hospital teams, she also runs a healthcare consulting practice, providing advisory services to clinics and hospitals across Nigeria. From startup, planning and systems design to SOP development, staff training, and growth strategy, Cynthia helps healthcare institutions build structured, efficient, and sustainable operations from the ground up.

She is the founder of The Business Doctor Consults, where she supports entrepreneurs across various sectors to grow strategically and profitably, and the convener of GIRLPRENEUR9JA, a not-for-profit initiative equipping young Nigerian women with relevant, low-capital skills to break cycles of dependence and unemployment.
