She is the founder of W3 Global Mission, a non-denominational movement inspired by the John 4 Woman, with members across Africa, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Through mentorship, discipleship, and empowerment, W3 equips and empowers individuals to live with clarity of purpose and advance God’s Kingdom across every sphere of society.
As CEO of Lead For Good Africa, Chinonso drives leadership development and skill empowerment initiatives across the continent. Under her leadership, thousands of youth and women have accessed leadership and vocational training, entrepreneurial support, and interest-free microloans, breaking cycles of poverty and sparking generational transformation.
A dynamic voice in media, she is the host and producer of Conversations At The Well (airing on CBN, DSTV, Flame TV, and other platforms) and the creator of She Leads Unfiltered, a podcast igniting bold conversations on female leadership, faith, and African prosperity.
