What exist in the world isn’t racism but tribalism, ethnocentricity, xenophobia, hate, discrimination and all forms of biases (conscious and unconscious).

So there’s just one human race, no blacks nor white; we are one. The central message is to promote love and understanding among all humans without regard to skin colour.

About the Author

Adetunji Banwo has over 15 years of experience as a project and programme manager, management consultant, trainer, coach, mentor and globally sought-after professional speaker. His alma mater includes Lagos State Polytechnic, Ladoke Akintola University, and the University of Liverpool. He is a member of the prestigious Project Management Institute (PMI), USA and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Tunji, through the company he founded in 2013, Banwo Consulting Ltd [Nigeria], and working for various clients, have trained more than 5,000 persons to date on project management. He is also the Lead Consultant at PROSHAP Ltd [UK], where he champions the creation of various cutting-edge learning solutions whilst providing consultancy and training services.
He is based in Ipswich, England with his family and enjoys learning, teaching, travelling, sports and music. He is very passionate about diversity, equality and inclusion.
