Each day in the devotional has a wedding day or marriage-related topic, a scripture, a narrative, a prayer, discussion questions for the couple and a section to journal. The devotional addresses 30 focal topics and contains 120+ discussion questions for the couple.

This is the male edition. There is the female edition as well. Mrs Sho (Christina) wrote to the ladies while Mr Sho (Gbemiga) wrote to the Men on the same topics but from the female/male perspective.

Depending on how much time you have left until the big day, you and your partner can decide to go over the devotional daily for 30 days or weekly for 30 weeks. We advise that you both go over the devotional at the same pace so that you can pray together and also enjoy discussing your learning points and answering the questions provided. The process will help you bond better and lay a good foundation for the journey ahead.

About the Author

Christina and Gbemiga Soname (together called Mr and Mrs Sho) are first and most importantly children of God whose motivation is to see God glorified in every sphere of influence. They have a burning desire to see God’s original design for marriage and family life become evident in many more homes. Mr & Mrs Sho have enjoyed the blessing of friendship with each other for over a decade and have been married for two years.
