About the author.
Sam is a Chartered Accountant by Profession. He is fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. He holds an MSc in Financial Services Management from Salford Business School, University of Salford, Manchester. Sam was a banker of more than 25 years, and is the immediate past Bursar of Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) in Delta State. He is presently the Founder/CEO of Capex Advisory – a financial services advisory firm specialised in PPP.
